As a parent, it can make you feel so helpless watching them run out the door without even saying goodbye, burrowing ever deeper into their phone and shrugging away everything that once filled them with glee.
But here’s the truth:
All of this self-doubt and apathy and confusion?
It’s completely reversible.
Once they’ve unlocked their genius, they will finally be free to return to themselves with a new ability to access this extraordinary intelligence any time they desire.
It will have them jumping out of bed early on a Saturday morning of their own accord, trading their fear over grades for excitement to take on the next challenge, and showing up to the dinner table bubbling over with passion for the work they’re doing to better the world around them.

What makes us different?
First, working with teens is one of our greatest passions. We love the way they shrug and look away when you ask them a question, then suddenly come alive when they realize we’re actually listening to—and celebrating!—their opinions and ideas, which they might only ever experience in their own home.
The way their faces light up when they’ve created a project that thrills them and gifts them with pride. The way they reveal the depth of their insight and emotional truth when they feel respected and valued. But we don’t just do this for fun.
We take our calling seriously. We know that this isn’t only about helping our kids return to themselves. It’s about helping them design a future that will allow them to forge confidently ahead in the real world—and hopefully leave it a little better than they found it.
They’ll create successful, passion-driven lives that expand and strengthen their unique genius (you know, exactly what you’ve known has been there all along) by throwing themselves into exhilarating projects like so many successful students before them.

Launching a nonprofit that uses teens’ art commissions to invite solidarity with and for the LGBTQ+ community
Building an intro to investing course and raising funds to serve at-risk communities
Creating an interview project in their school to catalyze deeper connections between students
Supporting strong mental help by building an app for an organization that serves those in crisis
